      Important updating CorelDRAW information

      CorelDRAW 2022 is available exclusively via subscription. If you were previously on the CorelDRAW annual Upgrade Assurance/Upgrade Protection program, you were converted to a CorelDRAW 365 subscription on March 8, 2022. You cost on renewal for the first year will be equivalent to what you paid for upgrade assurance. Following annual renewals will be the regular price. If you discontinue the Corel subscription, you will need to downgrade to the last version you owned outright. CorelDRAW 2022 will not work without the subscription.
      If you are not sure if you have upgrade assurance or are already on the subscription, here are the steps to check and request your serial number and download links for CorelDRAW 2022.

      NOTE: You must install either the trial version of CorelDRAW 2022, or the full version before updating Smart Designer to work with CorelDRAW 2022.

      • First, you need to verify that you have the 365 Subscription or Upgrade Assurance/Upgrade Protection. 
      • Log into your CorelDRAW account at https://www.coreldraw.com/en/ make sure you use the same email address that you used when you first purchased CorelDRAW. If you are not sure, you make have two accounts. 
      •  If you forgot your password, reset it. 
      •  Once you log in, go-to orders, click on your order to verify that you have the subscription or upgrade protection. Write down your Reference number from this invoice. If the order does not show up, you either do not have the subscription/upgrade assurance or it is under another email account. 
      • If you were converted to the subscription, you should see your CorelDRAW 2022 serial number, it will start with "DR24" 
      • If you do not see a DR24 serial number, fill out a support request at CorelDRAW, https://www.corel.com/en/contact-us/index.html 
      •  Fill out the form and request your CorelDRAW 2022 serial number and download link, you will need to include the reference number from your original order. 
      • Be patient, it may take a couple of days for them to get back to you. 
      •  When you install CorelDRAW 2022, it is critical that you use the same email address that you used for your Corel account for every single installation.
